I am an experienced mortgage loan processing manager with a track record of success in the finance industry.
I manage and train teams of mortgage loan processors, overseeing their day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
I develop relationships with external stakeholders, provide regular reports to senior management, and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
My focus is on achieving results while complying with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Coach Lei
I'm an experienced Australian Mortgage Admin Assistant, and I'm proud to share that I have completed my Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. I currently lead a small team for my broker at Birdie Wealth.
In my role, I manage loan applications, work with brokers and lenders, and provide support to other admin staff. I'm fortunate to work with an amazing boss who provides strong leadership and support to our team. Thanks to their guidance and mentorship, I have grown both personally and professionally.
I'm proud to work alongside one of the best brokers in NSW, and I'm excited to apply my expanded knowledge and skills in the mortgage industry.
